from the moment I met John for the initial look at the car I found him to be totally honest and easy going with no hard sale at all. He left me on my own to check over the car which i did over a couple of hours, without any interruptions or glossing over anything at all. John is really good. Very open, friendly and most of all fair. I firmly believe in you but into people not the product. And with the intention of just viewing the car and showing it to my wife as she was worried about the size of a Discovery 5 SUV - however we were sold by John. He let us moot around the car, drive it in the area around his plot. We took it for a formal test drive on the road. He was able to cut a good deal which included an extended 12 month warranty with Blue Chip and we were able to pick up the car the next day. If you are in the Hertfordshire region looking to buy a car. You need to speak and take a look at John and his stock of cars first.

This place is A++ sales and service. We drove 2hours to buy our Lexus Gs from here and it was just as expected. John is amazing and very helpful person. They make the paperwork easy, process smooth and stress-free. Would 100% recommend.

Brilliant service, and very friendly from the whole team .. Bought a Range Rover l405 The car genuinely was much better in the flesh than any of the pictures or video on there website. I traveled over 300 miles for this car from the Lake District Cumbria.. obviously to there garage in Broxbourne .. And having now owned it for nearly 3 weeks and doing over 1200 miles in the first week.. it’s a dream to drive and been completely trouble free… Many many thanks I would recommend this garage to anyone

I had been searching for a particular car, and Audi Allroad to be exact. Found one on auto trader that fitted the bill. Im a bit wary of buying cars after getting stung a couple of times. But I was pleasantly surprised with Lectus Cars approach especially John straight talking, no messing around and did what he said he'd do after I raised a concern about the car. Spent a bit more than I wanted too but it was worth it the car was in exceptional condition. The car is an import and John was completely straight with us about the down sides, didn't cover anything up. I will definitely go see these guys again when the wife changes her car.

Called them on a Sunday morning about viewing a car, I told him I could be there at 3 pm and they met me there, nice chap called Steve showed me the car and took it on a test drive. Steve talked me through every stage of the process and gave me a fair part exchange price, had a couple of issues Steve sorted, he was always just a text or a call away, collected the car on the Friday. It’s not often nowadays to receive this great level of service many thanks, Steve.

Can’t fault the service… seen the car I wanted and from start to finish the service was great. Car looks perfect inside and out. Pleased to have a blue chip warranty. Couldn’t collect the car until after closing and they accommodated me. Chris who helped with the finance was also great, kept me updated and nothing was to much trouble.

Great service, very accommodating, helpful and try to ensure you get what you want. 100% would recommend. They helped me with finance to get a better deal than the one I had. Also very nice made me coffee and kept me company while everything was going through. Even offered to pick me up from the train station on my way there.

Recently bought a Mercedes C350e from Lectus cars. Overall my experience with Lectus cars and John, the owner was great. The process was very simple and convenient, and the car in a nice, clean and serviced condition. After I recognised an issue with the Airmatic of the car, John was very friendly, straight and fair, supporting me in dealing with the quite costly repair. He is clearly a man of his word, which is extremely important when buying a used car!

John seems an honest and straightforward guy. Easy to deal with. Very accommodating. The car came with a 12 month warranty, which is always great for a ten year old car.

Recently bought Lexus ct200h from Lectus cars, it was nice dealing with John, straight forward reliable man, we travelled 5 hours to reach there, he picked and dropped us station, made all the proceedings simple and smooth, he delivered the car safely to us. It's been a month now so far it going great, I will update after few months.

Overall service was excellent from start to finish. John is very good in communication from the beginning until we picked up the car. He was very accommodating and transparent. He made sure that the car was in good condition. At the end of the deal, he even offered us a year warranty instead of the 6 months. Too-notched dealer!

I purchased the car on 7/2/24. John the salesman brought the car to my home as I am disabled some 67 miles from his business address. I was so impressed with their customer service. I took it out for a 10 minute test drive and ended up driving it back to his business address 67 miles away I think the longest test drive on record and purchased the car when we arrived. The car came with a new MOT and 6 months parts and labour warranty. John also knocked off £45 for fuel. The following day I received a courtesy call from John asking how I was getting on with the car. It was a pleasure to deal with Lectus Cars Ltd and YES I would certainly recommend Lectus Cars Ltd to all my friends.
